How to cancel your NOW Broadband contract?
As already mentioned, if you are already out of your contract, you can cancel NOW Broadband for free. Just go about the regular cancellation process.
If your new service provider uses BT Openreach, you need not worry about anything. The provider will shoulder all the responsibilities on your behalf. You won’t even need to speak to your former service provider.
